RIVER PARK Sustainability involves the upcycling and redevelopment of underutilized urban space. The development at River Park is centered around a natural rehabilitation of Country Club Creek and offers a wide range of community benefits. A diverse street system, series of public spaces, and community of buildings will all contribute to the downstream success and sustainability of urban creeks and the Colorado River. Once competed, this project will provide a comprehensive example of how human-scaled density and environmental stewardship are the future of Austin.
